KNZ Operating Terms & Client Service Guide

Complete operational guidelines, pacing compliance, and Telegram standing policies.

Service Overview

KNZ AutoPlug System provides high-availability automated Telegram message dispatching for authorized client campaigns. All message dispatches are governed by your subscribed frequency interval and executed using strict MTProto anti-flood pacing (5.0s to 8.0s per destination) to protect account standing.

01 —Client Conduct & Professional Communication
  • Clients are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and courteous communication at all times.
  • Harassment, abusive language, or hostile conduct toward platform operators will not be tolerated and will result in immediate service termination without refund.
  • Fraudulent activity, unauthorized disputes, or intentional platform misuse will be documented and will result in permanent suspension.
02 —Dispatch Pacing & Interval Compliance
  • Campaign message cycles are dispatched strictly in accordance with your subscribed monthly frequency interval (e.g., 60m, 40m, 30m, 20m, or 15m).
  • To ensure account health and adhere to Telegram MTProto anti-spam guidelines, an automated safety delay (5.0 to 8.0 seconds with jitter) is enforced between destination groups.
  • Instant spam bursts or requests to artificially bypass Telegram rate controls are strictly prohibited.
  • Dispatch schedules execute autonomously 24/7 throughout your active monthly subscription period.
03 —Target Content & Public Link Requirements
  • All target Telegram channels, public groups, or message links must remain public and accessible.
  • Clients must not alter the public username or URL of the target post while active campaigns are running.
  • No account passwords or private Telegram credentials are required for link-based relay dispatching.
  • Only valid public Telegram links (https://t.me/...) are supported for message templates and rich previews.
04 —External Moderation & Network Policies
  • Group Slow Mode restrictions, chat permission adjustments, or administrative actions by third-party group managers are outside our operational control.
  • Restricted, disabled, or inaccessible groups are automatically bypassed so active campaigns proceed without interruption.
  • Platform availability and background worker execution uptime are maintained continuously throughout your active monthly term.
  • No refunds or warranties are provided for external groups that close, restrict access, or modify their posting rules.
05 —Subscription Intervals, Pricing & Fair Use
  • Service plans are billed on a recurring monthly cycle structured strictly around your chosen dispatch interval frequency.
  • Active and provisioned monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once infrastructure and background queues have been deployed.
  • Upgrades to higher dispatch frequency intervals or custom rate configurations can be arranged directly through the platform administrator.
  • Continued use of the service signifies full acceptance of these terms and operational guidelines.
06 —Limitation of Liability & Telegram Account Standing
  • Clients explicitly acknowledge that Telegram's automated spam algorithms, SpamBot restrictions, peer reports, and third-party group moderation actions operate independently of the KNZ AutoPlug platform.
  • KNZ AutoPlug System and its operators shall NOT be held liable under any circumstances for suspended, banned, muted, rate-limited, or deleted Telegram accounts, lost phone numbers, or expulsion from target groups.
  • Clients are solely responsible for their account standing and are strongly advised to utilize dedicated plugging accounts, configure multi-account rotation pools, and operate within conservative intervals (15m or higher).
  • No refunds, credits, or account replacements are granted for accounts restricted or terminated by Telegram or external group administrators.
Activating or maintaining an active monthly subscription confirms your understanding and agreement with these terms. For questions or custom interval arrangements, contact your platform administrator.
